Widum, inn and local post office. Stables, inn and a bowling alley. The Posthotel has an eventful history and, with its 400-year-old walls, is one of the oldest buildings in the center of Strengen. At the Posthotel, authenticity needs no staging. The rustic, homely charm of the house has been treated with kid gloves during all rejuvenation and renovation work. We think the old lady has more than earned this respectful treatment.

Because only full stomachs like to explore the world, we start the day with an extensive breakfast buffet. The best foundation for your day of discovery. And when you return in the evening, we will conjure up a 3-course menu for you or cook for you à la carte in our Gasthaus zur Post.

You are the best!

We had a warm welcome. The sauna area is great to relax after skiing. The restaurant is quite good, we had dinner there almost every evening. 20-min drive to St Anton, 30 to Ischgl, nearly 40 to Lech.
People who work here are great! Reception, bar and restaurant staff are all extremely nice. Very kind, professional and helpful. Our room was spacious and warm, good mattresses too. This was a good stay, would come back. Location is ok - convenient. In theory a bus goes to St Anton every hour.
Hotel: Very clean as usual for Austria. Sauna. Restaurant with terrace. Staff: Very friendly staff. Food: Good food, huge portions. Buffet in the morning. Location: Location is ok, but not more. Directly at the street, but there is hardly any traffic in summer.
